Early Life Continuity of Care in New York State Pregnancy Till Family Planning is the Only Method Used

Abstract

Although it can be abnormal, pregnancy is a physiological process. To lower the rate of problems or difficulties during pregnancy in order to improve the mother's health and lower the death rate for both mothers and infants. The East Java Health Dinkes reported that in 2018, there were 522 maternal deaths for every 100,000 live births. The purpose of this research is to assign maternity guardianship to Teimester III expectant moms who are 37 weeks along to Ms. S at PMB Suprihatin, SST. With a case study approach, the research methodology is qualitative and descriptive in nature. It entails gathering both objective and subjective data, analyzing it, developing a diagnosis, organizing an orphanage, evaluating it, and documenting it.
